2. What We Collect

We collect information only when you actively provide it:

• MVP Request form: your name, email address, and any message you type. This is sent directly to us via a backend service and is not stored in your browser beyond the form submission.

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking cookies.

3. How Your Browser Stores Data Locally

This application uses your browser's localStorage to remember your preferences between visits. Nothing stored there is ever transmitted to us or to any third party. It includes:

• Your selected theme and view mode
• Which ideas you have bookmarked
• The last idea you were viewing

You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.

We do not set HTTP cookies.

4. How We Use Your Information

If you submit an MVP request, we use your name and email solely to:

• Respond to your request
• Follow up about the specific idea you expressed interest in

We will not add you to a mailing list, sell your contact information, or share it with third parties without your consent.

5. Third-Party Services

MVP request submissions are routed through Microsoft Azure Logic Apps, a cloud automation service operated by Microsoft. Submitted data passes through Microsoft's infrastructure in transit. Microsoft's privacy policy applies to that processing: privacy.microsoft.com.

No other third-party services receive your data.

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@yapelab.com.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request". We will respond within 45 days.

7. Data Retention

MVP request submissions (name, email, message) are retained only as long as needed to respond to your request, and no longer than 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

8. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
